Hon Mrs Cordilia Anyangwu is Like a golden fish that has no hiding place
coupled with her soaring political career,;
Hon (Mrs) Cordilia Anyangwu was in year
2000 appointed a Director Governing
Council of Delta State Institute of
Continuing Education (ICE ).
Between 2000 - 2003, she facilitated the
location and approvals of two new
Institute of Continuing Education (ICE )
Centres at Igbogili - Abavo and Agbor - Nta
both communities in Ika South Local
Government Area. To God be all the glory
both study centres have been providing
core and adult education learning services
to the communities and her neighbours.
There is no gain saying that the strategic
location of these unique educational
facilities in these areas have enhanced the
socio -economic lives of the indigenes and
placed them on the State radar.
In her passionate quest to reduce
graduates unemployment (in the already
saturated labour market ), she assisted ten
graduates into the employment of the Delta
State Institute of Continuing Education
( ICE ) without asking for any form of
gratifications from the beneficiaries. The
immortal words of the American Poet
Samuel Butler suffice here " Employ a man,
a household fed "
In 2003, due to her unwavering
commitments to The ruling Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP) of which she is a
founding member ; Hon (Mrs) Cordilia
Anyangwu was appointed Assistant
Secretary Delta North Senatorial Campaign
Committee. Records has that her stellar
performance attracted the attention of the
governor Chief James Onanefe Ibori
( Ogidigbodigbo ) who saw a determined
and selfless political leader. She was also
appointed into the State Executive
Committee of CORE GROUP and IBORI
VANGUARD two prominent political
pressure groups that worked assiduously
for the re-election of Chief James Onanefe
Ibori in 2003.
Hon Cordilia Anyangwu is not an accident
in the political scenario. She had over-paid
her dues!
THE FUTURE BELONG TO ONLY THOSE WHO
SAW IT AND GOT PREPARED!
LETS SUPPORT HER CHAIRMANSHIP
ASPIRANTION, IKA SOUTH LGA WILL NOT
REGRET IT!
