Former minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has said that Igbos are supposed to be begged for forgiveness instead of being threatened because they lost millions of lives during the war.

In a tweet, he said; "We killed 3 million Igbos in the war including 1 million children. We should be begging them for forgiveness and not threatening them".
